EXCHANGES

Customers requesting an exchange of merchandise should obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) from PinPoint International for the return, and then purchase the correct item. These are two separate transactions; refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please contact us via e-mail: info@pinpointinternational.com and follow the guidelines under Return & Refunds.

BACKORDERS

We make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is backordered, we will notify the customer as soon as possible after the order is placed. All products will be paid for when order is placed, and will ship the day the item is back in stock.

PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS

We strive to provide the best competitive pricing to our customers. Merchandise prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price change, web prices may not immediately reflect actual prices. Web prices will be updated at our earliest possible opportunity. Web pricing, Special/Sale pricing and Free Shipping is only available on web orders and will not be extended to phone or email orders.

Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction; and are not binding to PinPoint International. In the event of any discrepancy, customer will be charged the actual price. We apologize for any potential inconvenience.

SALES TAX

PinPoint International is required by law to charge sales tax on all orders delivered within Missouri.

PAYMENT

Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and PayPal are accepted for all website orders.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

PinPoint International uses a Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information. SSL is designed to render information unreadable. PinPoint International does not store credit card numbers. On line orders are processed directly to the authorizing bank.
