GEN 2 Cap Frames

GEN 2 is the next generation cap frame from EMS. Added features of the frame assist operators with alignment and maximizes the cap sewing field.

• A spring steel strap angles the cap bill away from hat. When the strap is locked into place it allows operator to embroider close to the bill.
• Stabilizer clips hold the cap backing in place during the cap frame process.
• Internal frame retaining fingers to assist with proper bill alignment
• Larger sewing field to maximize the embroidery area on the front two panels of a finished cap.
• Open design top clamp to frame all styles of cap sizes, shapes and material thickness. Plus, an easy way to hold and sew visors with full sewing field.
• 20% lighter frame for easy cap frame mounting
